How this course is built
We started from what you’ll be able to do, decided how you’ll show it, and then built the lessons. That’s backward design. Every module opens with its objectives and a “How you’ll show it” line, and you’ll use the same approach yourself in M3.5 and M4.

What you’ll learn
AI Conductor Academy shows enablement designers how to plan work across several AI agents in Grok Bot, and how to write briefs those agents can follow. You’ll also learn to keep work somewhere that lasts, like a saved file or doc, instead of losing it in chat.
- Core path, about 90 minutes: M0 → M1 → M2 → M3 → M3.5 → M4.
- Electives, 30–40 minutes each: optional, and they open after you finish M3.
